We thought that while we are in the festive mood of the season, we could start our own tradition...WEDDING WEDNESDAY!!

I have pulled my favorite inspirational pieces from real weddings via Pinterest and paired them with some amazing wedding wardrobe styles.

I love the idea of playing with pumpkins, and these new orange hued lace bridesmaids dresses from Watters creates a textural softness that is perfectly paired with these fall hues.

My two top bridal picks for a rich fall style....none other than Lazaro. The first gown is a supple satin in a deep ivory that is a classic bride's dream! For any season really....

The champagne lace gown and golden hued sash is such a lovely example of how an unexpected texture such as lace and tulle can take a whole new life in a deeper color and be perfectly suited for an Autumn climate.

Giving Thanks..Military Weddings

Hard to believe that it is the infamous time of the turkey, and the Holidays are just around the corner. Keeping with the tradition of giving thanks, I wanted to continue to give huge gratitude for our Veterans and active Military. Our hearts and hands extend for a million thanks, and I want to dedicate this post to a few of my favorite snap shots of Military weddings that make me smile.

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the idea of using patriotism throughout all of the details on your big day. Kudos to this adorable real bride and her savvy ladies at her side. I gathered two other detail shots from other real wedding via Pinterest that continued the theme.

Here is a version of my styling based on this inspiration bride. I love the tradition look of this Pronovias 2013 collection gown paired with these two drapey numbers from Jim Hjelm's latest group of gorgeous dresses. 

The idea of dressing a bride that will soon be standing next to her hubby in his Military Blues gives me goose bumps every time.

Spring 2013 Bridal Collections

OMG. OMG. O-M-G.

The latest collections from our fabulous designers are beyond beautiful, and spectacular does not even begin to describe the magic behind these pieces.

Every season, I depict the a theme that is portrayed consistently from each collection, and for me, there was no question how I could group together Spring 2013 across the board...."Modern Fairy Tale."

Everything about this Jim Hjelm gown is dreamy. The modern, flowy skirt practically glides across the floor, and the beaded top is uber glam. Love the mixture of textures.

Yes! Yes! Yes! This layered multi-colored silk tulle skirt and perfect lace peplum strapless bodice is  a  dream come true....only Lazaro. We heart you.

The newest fabric introduced into the WTOO by Watters collection is dripping with dazzle. The lighter than air sparkly skirt makes this dress a WOW piece that I just cannot get enough of!

And this special one....pink confection perfection. Watters created this one of a kind show stopper for the uber fashionable fairy bride in mind. The fit, the texture, the flow.....FAB!

There was a softness and magical essence to the designs, and I am pretty sure that each dress has been sprinkled with tiny bits of fairy dust...don't you agree?!?!

Watters Spring 2013 Ad Shots...

Everyone knows that I am a sucker for interesting bridal ad campaigns and look book shots. In most cases, the designer is onsite to ensure that the gowns are styled and displayed as they had intended and envisioned. That is a very cool insight to have.

As expected, Watters has done an INCREDIBLE job showcasing their Spring 2013 collection, and I cannot wait to get my hands on them at the trunk show this weekend.

The detail work is truly amazing, and as always, the fashion forward and savvy, Watters, has produced a completely fresh and individualist collection.

Watters Spring 2013 Trunk Show

Be among the first to view this AMAZING collection from the uber talented, Watters Bridal Nov 1st -3rd!! The Spring 2013 collection is fresh, romantic and fabulous!!

To ensure that there is a gown for every style of bride, Watters has broken down this collection into three groups: Deco/Vizcaya, La Dama and Nature.

The "Deco/Vizcaya" bride is detailed, and modern with a hint of nostalgia.

For the uber feminine brides, there are the "La Dama" gowns. Created with supple satins, vintage inspired lace and elaborate necklines.

"Nature" was inspired by the fashion forward bride that adores color, beadwork and detailed embroidery.

Pretty in Pink Wedding Gowns

In celebration of Mr. and Ms. Timberlake's highly anticipated nuptials, I decided to pay homage to the beloved color of blush on the bride's "Big Day."

Celebrities have played with color in so many cool ways....one of my all time favs is Gwen Stefani. She took it one step past pink, and went hot pink ombre. Geesh, she is so cool.

 Reese Witherspoon oozed precious with her soft pink gown. The addition of a stone colored sash was a beyond brilliant move.

Now, it's not just celebrities that can play with color and get away with it. Designers are creating blush hued gowns in every fabric imaginable for fashionista brides everywhere! Here are just a few creations that deserve some praise for their pink prettiness.

This particular piece needs no introduction...Lazaro's 3108 took the bridal press world by storm when it hit the runways, and we are still basking in it's sherbet glory. Yummy.

The new, "it" girl in fashion, Sarah Seven, created "Blushing" in shimmer organza pink. Precious and sparkly?!?!? In love.

 Wtoo's "Olivia" did more than just create the perfect shade of nude by adding hints of blush; these genious designers added handmade flowers and horsehair trim...making this gown a masterpiece.

When this ballerina inspired number from Alita Graham  was presented at Kleinfeld, I couldn't stop smiling. It's Grace Kelly in a the form of a pink gown. Gorgeous.
