SAG Awards: Fun Night of Fashion

This was one red carpet that kept me captivated! There was such a huge spectrum of rich colors and feminine styles...it was a nice diversion from the usual neutral shades. This had me thinking of only one thing....BRIDESMAIDS!! Take a note ladies, if you don't want your bridal party to get lost in the crowd, pick a saturated hue like these starlets did.

Lazaro is known his rich fabrics, available in a large array of bright hues and remarkably flattering shades.

Other trends that the red carpet and wedding aisles share include adorable skinny belts and lovely lace. Jim Hjelm has translated these ready to wear details to his 2012 line. Bridesmaids rejoice!

The "best accessories" award goes to Sophia Vergara. Take note from her splash of fabulous color incorporated in her dangle earrings and statement cuff bracelet. You can order very own color coordinated baubles with the us from Kendra Scott's signature pieces. What a fabulous bridal party gift!! JH5225 from Jim Hjelm offers the same glamourous style, and matched with these KS pieces....watch out now!! ;)

And now, who gets the honorary bridal bouquet for the evening?? The award goes to.... Kaley Cuoco! Her gown is a decadent fairy tale gown, complete with her "something blue." I am all for wedding dresses with individuality by the use of color. Watters Palm Springs shares the same supple style in a warm oatmeal tone. BTW...LOVE the hair!! Braids are a great touch of boho chic!! What a fun night for fashion lovers!!

Head Watters Designer Making Appearance at Serendipity!!

We are tickled pink to have head bridal designer, Xay Vongphachaanh, in the salon on Saturday, Feb the 4th for the Watters trunk show!! This is rare appearance by this uber talented fashion maven, and we are so priveledged to be given this special opportunity.

What a huge honor and memorable occasion it is to have the opportunity to select your wedding gown along side the highly accredited designer that created it......Serendipitous indeed.

Watters and WTOO have continued to withhold their title as one of the most flattering and fashion forward lines available. The gowns are designed and constructed with the utmost care and attention to detail. Xay has mastered the balance of trendy AND timeless while maintaing an individualistic look all of their own. The Spring 2012 line keeps in this tradition and does not disappoint.
