I have been seeing more and more of these over the top hair accessories, but before I committed to declaring this statement look a "do," I decided to wait it out and see it would be a bust, or a bloom.
Verdict: the floral halo seems to have definite style staying power.
This is not your typical hippy dippy 'do either ladies; this look is modernized for any bride that is bold and chic enough to make a floral fashion statement. Silk pieces seem to be more popular than the live versions...these man-made creations have a pliable base with strategic placement of each bloom. An experienced floral designer can create amazing one of a kind live versions as well. For those that don't want to dive into the daisies quite yet, greenery and baby's breath create a whimsical halo, while keeping the palette neutral and easier to coordinate into an entire look.
I really adore the way that Kate Moss styled her wedding party in these pieces. The flower girls look especially "flowery" and adorable. ;)

Loveliest of Laces
The trend of lace is still as strong as ever- in fact, it is really here to stay. With endless elements of femininity and perfect balance of great texture; this fabric is now a bridal party staple.
For me, the front runner for Fall 2013 comes from Watters. The introduction of a new palette includes the always beloved, charcoal. Paired with a tonal lining, these dresses ooze class with a just a hint of rocker edge. Offered in several silhouettes, there is a shape suited to flatter any body type. Love these little lace numbers!
